PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site. 

 

We add full coverage package insurance by Route onto every order at checkout automatically. This insurance covers a full replacement  or product refund if your package is damaged, lost, stolen or mis-delivered. There are specific times to file which are notated on the Shipping and Refunds page as well as being emailed to you in your original order Invoice and also your Order Shipping Notification. 

 

If you choose to remove your insurance coverage at checkout – you are doing this with the full understanding that you are willing to accept full responsibility if your package is lost, damaged or mis-delivered by the carrier or if it is stolen from your premises. No refunds or replacements will be issued by Platinum Skin care if something happens to an Uninsured package. No chargebacks may be filed on Platinum Skin Care for a lost, stolen, damaged, or mis-delivered package if your insurance is removed. 

 

You will have 30 days from the receipt of your package to receive a return number. All returns will have a 15% restocking fee applied. *This fee can be waived if you prefer to get a Store Credit instead of a refund. You are responsible for getting the product back to us in a secure way. Choose a traceable and/or insured option for your return. If we do not receive the item, we can not issue a refund to you. ***Peels, Custom Potions, Glominerals, Copper Peptides and trial sizes are Final Sales. Please contact customer service at 1-800-917-3155 for a return number. Agreement: I understand and acknowledge that I am under no obligation to follow any recommendations made by the seller. I understand the seller does not treat illness and any information received is intended to help me make an informed decision. I assume the risk of any adverse affects or consequences resulting from the use or misuse of any of the suggestions, preparations, or procedures. I hereby release, hold harmless, and discharge the seller, and all of its officers, employees, agents and suppliers from all claims of damages, demands, or actions whatsoever in any manner arising from or growing out of my participation.  

 

**MISUSE of this product can cause injury or burns! Always follow directions exactly. Do not extend peeling times or alter formulations in any way. Used as directed, our peels and products are safe and effective. By using this product you agree that Platinum Skin Care, Platinum Skin Care Inc, and PlatinumSkinCare.com assumes no responsibility for misuse of this product or for any other consequences or injuries as a result of using any of our products. 

 

 

Platinum Skin Care reserves the right to charge a minimum fee of $50 to cover charges incurred from the processing bank as well as time required to file a case in rebuttal. In the case that a chargeback was dropped after filing, any and all fees will still need to be paid by the customer in order to bring their account out of banned status.

Platinum Skin Care Inc. does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. “The supplier affirms by fulfilling this order that it does not conduct or commission animal testing of any cosmetics and/or household products, including without limitation, ingredients or formulations of such products, supplied to Platinum Skin Care after January 26, 2016.”

Limitation of Liability
Platinum Skin Care Inc. shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Platinum Skin Care Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.


Typographical Errors
In the event that a Platinum Skin Care Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Platinum Skin Care Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Platinum Skin Care Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Platinum Skin Care Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Platinum Skin Care Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Platinum Skin Care Inc.'s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Platinum Skin Care Inc. may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.


Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Platinum Skin Care Inc. or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. Nonetheless, Platinum Skin Care Inc. seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).


 CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS : Even though we are exempt per CA Health and safety code, section 25249.11(B) we have chosen to provide you with the standard California proposition 65 warnings. WARNING This product contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer. Our 10% Glycolic Cleanser and Glycolic & Lactic Bodywash contain the ingredient Coconut Oil (INCI: Cocamide DEA). This does NOT mean that our product contains the necessary amounts to even meet the minimums, but we are keeping you aware that this ingredient is ON the list. To keep in compliance of Prop 65, we will only ship this product to you knowing that you understand it IS on the list and that you still CHOOSE to have it shipped to you knowing this. By accepting our Policy you agree that you are: 1. Aware the ingredient is on the list. 2. Choose to have it sent to you after being made aware. In animals, the scope of carcinogenicity testing has been limited. The only lifetime studies (104 weeks) are of TCA administered in drinking water to male F344/N rats and to male B6C3F1 mice. TCA did not induce tumors at any site in male rats (DeAngelo et al., 1997), but in mice TCA induced a statistically significant increase in hepatocellular adenomas and carcinomas at the high dose (0.5 g/L in drinking water) (DeAngelo et al., 2008).
