Without the confusion, wasted money, or “maybe this time” disappointment.
I can’t believe I’m almost 50 and just now trying chemical peels to get rid of my sun damaged skin. So far, I’ve tried Mandelic acid, Jessner’s and TCA. This one is my favorite, hands down!

So far so good. I have done 2 peels, 1st – 5 minutes & 2nd – 10 minutes. No flaking at all. Sticking to skin routine with every other 2wks peel/microneedling. I will send my 3 mth pictures soon. 🙂 Thank you

I love my TCA Peel kit! I’ve purchased the kit twice and referred it to my closest friends! Attached are some results after the first peel.

Most people who come to us say the same thing:
“I’ve tried everything. Serums, creams, TikTok hacks, expensive facials… and nothing actually works.”
And I believe them — because the skincare industry has trained us to chase miracles in tiny bottles.
Here’s the truth no one tells you:
Skin doesn’t transform from one product.
It transforms when you follow a complete, regenerative process — one that treats your skin like the complex organ it is.
I’ve spent the last 20 years helping people rebuild their skin from the inside out.
And after thousands of transformations, I can tell you exactly what works:
Real change comes from a 4-layered approach:
A powerful daily regimen that primes, protects, and repairs
Targeted treatments like Chemical Peels, Microinfusion, IPL or LED that go deep and resets aging skin.
Optional high-percentage actives to further target specific issues and more to accelerate results.
Time - sticking with this plan long enough to actually see and feel the results!
Most skin changes happen so gradually, you don’t even notice them — until you look back.
That’s why tracking your progress is critical.
And the clients who see the biggest transformations?
They take pictures throughout their journey so they can know 100% they’re getting results.
Stand in natural light. Clean skin. Front and side angles.
Label it “Day 1” — and let’s begin your glow-up story.
The Foundation for Everything
Building the right routine helps set your skin up for success all day long. Here’s what we recommend — and why each step plays a vital role in your transformation.
Body Wash
Fade Bright
Lotion
Glycolic & Lactic Body Wash
Your new favorite way to smooth rough skin—fast. This 15% AHA-powered body wash tackles dry patches, bumps, sun damage, and even body acne in one citrusy, spa-like step. Gentle enough for daily use, but potent enough to visibly refine texture, fade pigmentation, and improve keratosis pilaris with continued use. Layer with Triple Treat Body Lotion for next-level results.
Fade Bright Lightening Serum
Fade Bright Lightening Serum is your go-to melanin inhibitor — powerful enough to fade stubborn dark spots, pigmentation, and melasma, yet gentle enough to use twice daily without irritation. It blends alpha arbutin, kojic acid, azelaic acid, niacinamide, glutathione, and a next-gen Granactive Retinoid to help even out your tone, brighten your complexion, and keep pigment under control long-term.
Triple Treat Body Lotion
This is not your average lotion—it’s a full-strength, 25% acid body treatment disguised in a silky, skin-smoothing cream. With glycolic, lactic, and mandelic acids, this powerhouse exfoliates rough patches, softens KP bumps, and evens out tone while boosting hydration and firmness. Use it 2–3x per week, then layer with Emu Oil or Shea Butter for extra softness and healing support.
When it comes to body care, slower is better — especially when acids and pigmentation treatments are involved. Think of this like building strength in layers. Here’s the smart way to introduce your new routine:
Step 1 - Start with Fade Bright + Body Wash
Begin by applying Fade Bright just 2–3 times per week to your areas of concern. Pair that with the 15% Glycolic & Lactic Body Wash, used in the shower 3–4 times per week. These two products gently exfoliate, brighten discoloration, and begin preparing your skin for stronger treatments.
After a week or two — once your skin feels comfortable — you can slowly increase usage. The goal is to work up to Fade Bright 1–2 times per day, and Body Wash daily, as your skin adjusts and tolerance improves.
This slow and steady start helps prevent irritation while unlocking powerful results over time.
Step 2 - Alternate in Triple Treat 25% Lotion (2–3x Per Week)
Once you’re comfortable with the wash and Fade Bright, begin introducing Triple Treat Lotion — a high-strength exfoliating treatment packed with glycolic, mandelic, and lactic acids.
Start with every other day or just 2–3x per week, and monitor for dryness or sensitivity. This lotion is strong by design — so if needed, mix it with Shea Butter or Emu Oil to buffer the intensity and boost hydration, or use with your favorite lotion (please test this part and see if you should add on after or can mix it in)
Don’t worry if your skin gets dry. That’s a sign it’s working.
Step 3 - Plan Your First Body Peel (Once You’re Fully Acclimated)
After 4 weeks of consistent use, when your skin is feeling balanced and responding well, you’ll be ready to start with your first professional-grade body peel.
This step delivers the biggest visible change: smoother texture, brighter tone, reduced discoloration, and deeper rejuvenation.
But it only works after your skin has been prepped.
*One caveat with darker skin tones Fitzpatrick 4-6. You must pretreat for at least 4 weeks with Fade Bright before you do chemical peels. If you can’t wait, Microinfusion will be your go-to.
Here’s When You’re Ready:
That’s when it’s time to go for your first peel — and start seeing the real transformation unfold.
The Deep Remodeling That Takes Your Skin to Next Level
This is where transformation gets exciting and the biggest game-changing results can be had.
Your skin has already been prepping. Now it’s time to kickstart visible change with a MedSpa-level treatment you can do from home.
Lactic Acid 50 Peel
If pigmentation is your biggest frustration — but your skin leans dry, sensitive, or reactive — Lactic 50% is the perfect entry point. This gentle alpha hydroxy acid exfoliates without harsh flaking and doubles as a humectant, pulling moisture into dehydrated skin. It’s ideal for lightening dark spots, uneven tone, and age-related discoloration on the body — especially on delicate areas like the décolleté, arms, or inner thighs. Inspired by Cleopatra’s sour milk baths, it’s the gentlest way to brighten body pigment while keeping skin soft, calm, and hydrated. This can be used weekly. Again, with darker skin tones (Fitzpatrick 4-6) you must pre-treat your skin for 4 weeks before doing chemical peels – want to learn how? Watch this.
Jessner’s Peel
When nothing else has worked for body pigmentation, Jessner’s is the gold standard. This 14-14-14 blend of lactic, salicylic, and resorcinol targets sun damage, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), melasma, and stubborn dark spots with visible flaking and deep exfoliation. Use it on areas like the back, chest, arms, or legs to smooth texture and lift discoloration from the deeper layers of the skin. Jessner’s helps reveal a more even, radiant tone — especially on thicker or sun-damaged areas — with dramatic, professional-level results. This can be used every 4-8 weeks, depending on how your skin reacts and heals. Again, with darker skin tones (Fitzpatrick 4-6) you must pre-treat your skin for 4 weeks before doing chemical peels – want to learn how? Watch this.
Mandelic Peel 40
Mandelic 40% is a top pick for melanin-rich skin or those prone to hyperpigmentation who want results without irritation. Its large molecule penetrates slowly and evenly, making it one of the safest acids for fading discoloration on the body. Use it weekly to help reduce dark spots, melasma, post-acne marks, or sun-related pigment — especially on the chest, shoulders, arms, and back. Mandelic is also naturally antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, giving you clearer, brighter, and more even-toned skin over time — with little to no downtime. Again, with darker skin tones (Fitzpatrick 4-6) you must pre-treat your skin for 4 weeks before doing chemical peels – want to learn how? Watch this.
VISS Pro IPL with Skin Rejuvenation Cartridge
IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) is a non-invasive, light-based therapy that targets discoloration, wrinkles, large pores, and loss of firmness. The at-home VISS Pro system packs professional-level power — helping even out skin tone, improve elasticity, and fade sun spots. Especially effective for chest and neck rejuvenation.
Great Skin Doesn’t Come From Doing Everything at Once
Start Slow — Let Your Skin Adjust and Build Strength
I know how tempting it is to dive all in — to start everything at once because you’re finally feeling hopeful again.
One of the biggest mistakes people make when starting a new skincare routine?
They try to do everything at once. All the new products, all the steps, all in the same week. But your skin isn’t a science experiment — it’s a living organ. And when you flood it with new actives all at once, even the best products can backfire.
This is Your Goal Over the First 90 Days
Real transformation happens one layer at a time.
Here’s your first 90 days — mapped out for success.
Month 1 - Build Your Foundation
Start slow. Focus on consistency, comfort, and acclimation — not perfection. If your skin needs more time to adjust, that’s perfectly fine. This phase is all about strengthening your skin and setting the stage for safe, visible results.
Month 2 - Begin Your First Body Peel
This is where you’ll begin to see pigment start to shift. Skin tone may start to look more even, dark spots may soften, and you’ll likely feel a smoother texture emerging. Be gentle and don’t rush repeat treatments.
This is often when pigment fades noticeably, skin starts to glow, and people around you start asking what changed. Stick with it — and remember, pigment takes time, but transformation happens with patience and precision.
Yes — especially for melanin-rich skin (Fitz 4–6).
Pretreating gives your skin time to regulate melanin, reduce inflammation, and build resilience — so your peel actually works without triggering new pigmentation.
Even for gentler options like Mandelic, it’s still the smartest move.
Start slow. Stay consistent. And don’t skip this step — your results depend on it.
If you’re using Jessner’s or TCA, yes — it’s a must, even for lighter skin tones.
Pretreating for 3–4 weeks helps reduce the risk of post-peel darkening and gives you smoother, more even results.
Starting with Mandelic or Lactic? You can begin sooner — but Fade Bright is still your secret weapon for long-term success.
Start slow. Build smart. Your skin will thank you.
That’s the most common thing we hear.
But here’s the truth:
Most skincare products just aren’t strong enough to create real change.
At Platinum, we use professional-grade actives at clinical percentages — the same ones used in MedSpas and dermatology clinics.
But what makes it work isn’t just the strength.
It’s the plan behind it.
Totally fair. But that’s exactly why we created the Peel Manual, video guides, and community support — so you’re never doing this alone.
We walk you through every step.
And if you’re ever unsure?
Just post in the group, call us, or email for support.
This isn’t TikTok skincare. This is guided, real-deal transformation — with help whenever you need it.
That’s why your plan was built around your Fitzpatrick type and goals.
And it’s why we always recommend introducing products one at a time, giving your skin a chance to respond before moving forward.
You can go slow.
You can scale back.
And we’re here to adjust anything if your skin needs a reset.
We get it. You’ve invested before — and been disappointed.
But here’s the difference:
This isn’t just a product. It’s a professional-level plan, a system, and ongoing support.
You’re not being sold hype. You’re being shown what really works — and how to do it safely, affordably, and at home.
We designed this so you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Your plan is broken into:
Regimen – what to do daily
Treatment – what to do monthly
Boosters – what to layer in if/when you’re ready
Start small. Add more as you gain confidence.
And remember — you’ve got a whole team (and 40,000+ others) cheering you on.
