Without the confusion, wasted money, or “maybe this time” disappointment.
I can’t believe I’m almost 50 and just now trying chemical peels to get rid of my sun damaged skin. So far, I’ve tried Mandelic acid, Jessner’s and TCA. This one is my favorite, hands down!

So far so good. I have done 2 peels, 1st – 5 minutes & 2nd – 10 minutes. No flaking at all. Sticking to skin routine with every other 2wks peel/microneedling. I will send my 3 mth pictures soon. 🙂 Thank you

I love my TCA Peel kit! I’ve purchased the kit twice and referred it to my closest friends! Attached are some results after the first peel.

Most people who come to us say the same thing:
“I’ve tried everything. Serums, creams, TikTok hacks, expensive facials… and nothing actually works.”
And I believe them — because the skincare industry has trained us to chase miracles in tiny bottles.
Here’s the truth no one tells you:
Skin doesn’t transform from one product.
It transforms when you follow a complete, regenerative process — one that treats your skin like the complex organ it is.
I’ve spent the last 20 years helping people rebuild their skin from the inside out.
And after thousands of transformations, I can tell you exactly what works:
Real change comes from a 4-layered approach:
A powerful daily regimen that primes, protects, and repairs
Targeted treatments like Chemical Peels, Microinfusion, IPL or LED that go deep and resets aging skin.
Optional high-percentage actives to further target specific issues and more to accelerate results.
Time - sticking with this plan long enough to actually see and feel the results!
Most skin changes happen so gradually, you don’t even notice them — until you look back.
That’s why tracking your progress is critical.
And the clients who see the biggest transformations?
They take pictures throughout their journey so they can know 100% they’re getting results.
Stand in natural light. Clean skin. Front and side angles.
Label it “Day 1” — and let’s begin your glow-up story.
The Foundation for Everything
When it comes to melasma, your daily routine isn’t just maintenance — it’s the core treatment.
This is how we suppress melanin, reduce inflammation, and build stronger, healthier skin over time. Each step plays a role in your transformation — and skipping any one of them can stall progress or trigger a rebound.
Let’s walk through your morning regimen — the first level of your fade plan.
Cleanser
Fade Bright
Antioxidant
DNA Repair
Moisturizer
SPF
Acid Cleanser
A clean canvas is everything. Using an exfoliating cleanser with glycolic or lactic acid helps gently remove dead skin, clear out dullness, and improve the absorption of pigment-fighting ingredients like Fade Bright. When treating melasma, you want your actives to reach deeper — and this step makes that possible. It also supports mild daily exfoliation without the risk of over-treating.
CLEANSER OPTIONS:
Fade Bright Lightening Serum
This is your must-have, twice-a-day melanin inhibitor. Melasma can’t fade unless we stop the cycle of overproduction — and that’s exactly what Fade Bright is designed to do. With a powerhouse blend of alpha arbutin, kojic acid, azelaic acid, niacinamide, glutathione, and Granactive Retinoid, it targets the pigment at every stage of formation. Use it consistently, and you’ll see spots fade, tone even out, and your glow start to return. Just be patient, never skip your SPF, and read on below to see how to introduce it gradually to get the best results.
FADE BRIGHT OPTIONS:
Antioxidant Serum
Free radicals — from UV, heat, pollution, and even stress — are a top trigger for melasma flare-ups. That’s why antioxidant protection is a non-negotiable. Secret Agent VI goes beyond basic vitamin C with a gentle but powerful blend of 6+ antioxidants that help prevent new pigment, defend your collagen, and calm the inflammation that fuels melasma. Think of it as your daily shield — and your brightening booster. Plus, with this not irritating formula, you can rest assured that this won’t cause more issues than it helps.
ANTIOXIDANT OPTIONS:
DNA Repair Enzymes
After applying your antioxidant and Fade Bright, layer in Cell Intel to give your skin that extra layer of deep repair and protection. This DNA-repair enzyme serum helps correct past UV damage and reinforces your skin’s ability to respond calmly to stress — a critical step when treating melasma. By supporting cellular health right at the source, Cell Intel helps reduce pigment triggers before they start and strengthens your results from the inside out.
Moisturizer Complex
Hydration isn’t just about softness — it’s about skin strength. Melasma-prone skin often has a compromised barrier, and that makes it more vulnerable to inflammation. The right moisturizer reinforces your skin’s natural defenses while delivering firming peptides and antioxidant support. These aren’t your average creams — they’re workhorses that help protect against pigment relapse and keep your skin balanced as you peel or use retinoids.
MOISTURIZER OPTIONS:
SPF
Melasma and UV don’t play well together. In fact, even the heat from sunlight can trigger pigment. That’s why SPF isn’t just a final step — it’s the line between progress and relapse. Use it every single morning, and reapply if you’re outside. This one step protects all the effort you’re putting in.
SPF OPTIONS:
Evening is when your skin goes into repair mode — and your routine should be designed to support that transformation.
This is when melanin production can be calmed, pigment-fighting ingredients can work uninterrupted, and deeper layers of your skin begin rebuilding overnight.
Here’s how we help that happen — safely, gently, and effectively.
Cleanser
Fade Bright
Retinoid
DNA Repair
Moisturizer
Cleansing twice daily helps keep skin clear, balanced, and ready to absorb the products that actually change it. At night, you’re removing sunscreen, makeup, pollution, and excess oil — all of which can irritate melasma-prone skin. Using a gentle acid-based cleanser ensures a light, consistent exfoliation that clears the path for your retinoids and pigment inhibitors to work their magic, without compromising your barrier.
CLEANSER OPTIONS:
Fade Bright Lightening Serum
Yes — this stays in your evening routine too. Fade Bright is most powerful when used twice daily. By applying it after cleansing (and before retinoids), you’re giving your skin another dose of pigment-suppressing power right when your body is in full repair mode. Over time, this consistency helps fade discoloration, even tone, and keep melanin production calm — so you’re not just chasing melasma, you’re staying ahead of it. (but work up to daily – see below)
FADE BRIGHT OPTIONS:
This is where your long-term transformation accelerates. Fusion A is our go-to for treating melasma in Fitzpatrick 1–3 skin, because it combines retinaldehyde, granactive retinoid, and pure retinol — all in one advanced formula. It increases cell turnover, improves tone, stimulates collagen, and keeps pores clear. But most importantly for melasma? It helps push pigment up and out gradually, while strengthening the skin over time. Just start slow — this one works deep. (make sure you read the “how to introduce” below)
RETINOID OPTIONS:
DNA Repair Enzymes
At night — after you’ve applied Fade Bright and your retinoid — smooth on Cell Intel before your moisturizer to support overnight repair at the cellular level. This enzyme-powered serum helps your skin recover from daily stress and inflammation, making it especially valuable when treating melasma. By reinforcing your skin’s DNA repair process, Cell Intel helps calm potential flare-ups, strengthen your barrier, and keep your pigment-fading results on track.
Nighttime is your opportunity to lock in all the active ingredients you’ve applied — and replenish your skin with restorative nutrients. A high-performance moisturizer helps calm the skin post-treatment, reinforces your barrier, and keeps hydration levels stable. This is especially important for melasma-prone skin, which tends to be more reactive if the barrier is weakened. These formulas do more than just moisturize — they help your skin rebuild.
MOISTURIZER OPTIONS:
Think of this like training your skin — not shocking it.
Melasma isn’t something you force to fade — you guide it.
And the biggest mistake most people make? Starting too fast, layering too much, and triggering the very thing they’re trying to fix.
We’re not doing that.
This approach is slow, strategic, and backed by real results.
Here’s how to begin:
Step 1 - Start with just your Cleanser, Antioxidant, DNA Repair Enzymes, Moisturizer, and SPF
Before you touch your pigment-fading treatments, give your skin a chance to adjust to the essentials.
Your acid-based cleanser will start gently exfoliating and smoothing texture. Your antioxidant serum (like Secret Agent VI) will help reduce oxidative stress — a major trigger for melasma. And your moisturizer will begin rebuilding your barrier.
Stick with this trio for the first 7–10 days, morning and night.
Let your skin settle. Let it breathe. Let it balance.
Step 2 - Add in Your Retinoid or Fade Bright (One at a Time)
These are your two biggest change-makers — but don’t throw them in together.
Start with either Fade Bright or Fusion A Retinoid — just 2–3x per week at night to begin.
Monitor your skin: Is it red? Dry? Tight? Flaking?
Once you’re using the first one comfortably (no reaction, no stress), then add in the second.
Continue introducing slowly — again, 2–3x/week — before increasing frequency.
💡 Tip: Most people start with Fade Bright first to begin pigment suppression, then layer in retinoids a week or two later.
This isn’t about speed.
It’s about transformation that lasts.
Step 3 - Plan Your First Treatment — After Your Skin Is Ready
You’ll be excited — I get it.
But advanced treatments like peels and microinfusion only work well when your skin is strong enough to handle them.
Here’s how you’ll know you’re ready:
🎯 That’s the sweet spot.
Now? You’re cleared to start your first Lactic 50, Mandelic 40, or Jessners peel — based on your plan.
This is where the magic happens.
The pigment softens. The brightness returns.
And for the first time in a long time… your skin reflects how you actually feel inside.
But it only works when you build the foundation first.
So don’t rush this part.
Let your skin catch up to your goals — and watch what happens next.
The Deep Remodeling That Takes Your Skin to Next Level
This is where transformation gets exciting and the biggest game-changing results can be had.
Your skin has already been prepping. Now it’s time to kickstart visible change with a MedSpa-level treatment you can do from home.
Note for Melasma Regimen:
For stubborn melasma, it’s important to combine daily topical inhibitors with advanced treatment options. Alongside your Fade Bright Lightening Serum (to consistently suppress melanin production), consider discussing oral tranexamic acid (TA) with your provider, as well as advanced therapies like prescription options (Rx). Together, these create a comprehensive approach—daily defense plus medical-strength support—to help fade melasma more effectively and keep results long-term.
We want to empower you to get the best results, not just use our products!
Lactic Acid 50 Peel (melasma)
If you want to fade melasma without triggering irritation or flaking, Lactic 50 is your go-to. It’s a hydrating AHA that gently suppresses melanin production, brightens uneven tone, and softens discoloration — all while drawing moisture into the skin. Ideal for sensitive, dry, or first-time peelers, this is a gentle way to begin fading pigment safely and consistently.
Jessner’s Peel (melasma)
Jessner’s is a medium-depth triple-acid peel designed to break up stubborn, deeply rooted pigment — making it one of our strongest options for melasma that hasn’t responded to other treatments. It resurfaces the skin, encourages faster turnover, and helps reduce the appearance of dark patches over time. Best used once a month with proper prep and recovery support.
Mandelic Peel 40 (melasma)
Mandelic 40 is a melasma-safe acid that fades pigment while calming the inflammation that often makes melasma worse. Its large molecular size makes it ideal for sensitive or melanin-rich skin, delivering a deep, even exfoliation without flaking or irritation. Use it weekly to help brighten, smooth, and keep discoloration from resurfacing.
Serum 15 – Daily Exfoliation Bonus for Those Not Ready to Peel
If you’re not ready to dive into chemical peels, this is the perfect alternative. Serum 15 uses glycolic acid, mandelic, and vitamin C to gently resurface your skin, smooth texture, clear clogged pores, and brighten tone — without the downtime. Just skip on nights you use a retinoid. Over time, you’ll notice clearer, glowier, more refined skin with less effort. But remember, start slow and acclimate – don’t rush!
Illuminate Face LED Mask (For Healing, With Caution)
If you’re treating melasma, reducing inflammation is just as important as fading pigment — and that’s where red and infrared light can make a big difference. The Illuminate Mask helps calm the skin, support healing after peels, and enhance absorption of pigment-fighting serums. Just 10–30 minutes a few times a week can improve recovery and resilience — but always use it after the skin has fully healed post-treatment, and never on skin that’s inflamed, flaking, or actively peeling.
VISS Pro IPL with Skin Rejuvenation Cartridge (With Caution)
IPL can be effective for treating discoloration — including melasma — but it must be used with extreme care. The VISS Pro system delivers professional-level light energy to fade sun damage, boost elasticity, and smooth uneven tone, but heat can also trigger rebound pigment in melasma-prone skin. That’s why we recommend waiting at least 1–2 weeks after any peel before using IPL, and never combining it with other active treatments. If your melasma is stable and your skin is calm, IPL can be part of your plan — just proceed slowly and always listen to your skin.
This is the Final Boost To Add On When You’re Ready
ALQEMI EXO-PDRN
When you’re dealing with melasma, skin resilience matters — and EXO-PDRN helps restore it from the inside out. This ultra-pure marine DNA complex (562,400 PPM) calms inflammation, speeds up cellular repair, and reinforces your skin barrier so it can better tolerate treatments and resist flare-ups. It’s especially helpful post-peel or during retinoid use, when skin feels fragile or overworked. Use it as a standalone healing serum, or mix the bottle into your Regenerate, moisturizer, or soothing treatments to strengthen your skin daily and support long-term pigment control.
Great Skin Doesn’t Come From Doing Everything at Once
Start Slow — Let Your Skin Adjust and Build Strength
I know how tempting it is to dive all in — to start everything at once because you’re finally feeling hopeful again.
One of the biggest mistakes people make when starting a new skincare routine?
They try to do everything at once. All the new products, all the steps, all in the same week. But your skin isn’t a science experiment — it’s a living organ. And when you flood it with new actives all at once, even the best products can backfire.
This is Your Goal Over the First 90 Days
Real transformation happens one layer at a time.
Here’s your first 90 days — mapped out for success.
Month 1 - Build Your Foundation
Focus on consistency and letting your skin adjust. This is where the groundwork happens. If it takes 2 months, that’s OK! Be patient and do things step by step without rushing.
Month 2 - Apply Your First Treatment
Most clients report seeing subtle but exciting changes here — smoother texture, brighter tone, more confidence.
This is when people start saying, “You look amazing — what are you doing?”
That’s the most common thing we hear.
But here’s the truth:
Most skincare products just aren’t strong enough to create real change.
At Platinum, we use professional-grade actives at clinical percentages — the same ones used in MedSpas and dermatology clinics.
But what makes it work isn’t just the strength.
It’s the plan behind it.
Totally fair. But that’s exactly why we created the Peel Manual, video guides, and community support — so you’re never doing this alone.
We walk you through every step.
And if you’re ever unsure?
Just post in the group, call us, or email for support.
This isn’t TikTok skincare. This is guided, real-deal transformation — with help whenever you need it.
That’s why your plan was built around your Fitzpatrick type and goals.
And it’s why we always recommend introducing products one at a time, giving your skin a chance to respond before moving forward.
You can go slow.
You can scale back.
And we’re here to adjust anything if your skin needs a reset.
We get it. You’ve invested before — and been disappointed.
But here’s the difference:
This isn’t just a product. It’s a professional-level plan, a system, and ongoing support.
You’re not being sold hype. You’re being shown what really works — and how to do it safely, affordably, and at home.
We designed this so you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Your plan is broken into:
Regimen – what to do daily
Treatment – what to do monthly
Boosters – what to layer in if/when you’re ready
Start small. Add more as you gain confidence.
And remember — you’ve got a whole team (and 40,000+ others) cheering you on.
