HA is excellent for acne prone skin types that have become dehydrated from drying products. Glycolic acid helps to accelerate the removal of dead, dull skin, increase collagen, and reduce the appearance of fine lines, sun damage and hyper pigmentation. Along with reducing the appearance of large pores and acne scarring, it will also help to clear up blackheads and oily/acne prone skin. Don’t worry about your skin drying out though, glycolic acid is actually very moisturizing and after an initial slight dryness, your skin will be very balanced.

Acne Sufferers Please Note: It takes approximately 3 weeks for a clogged pore in your skin to actually become a pimple/whitehead… and make its way up to your face. When you start using these glycolic acid products you need to remember to give your skin time to rid itself of the clogged pores that have already formed under your skin. This may take up to 3 weeks. After the clogged pores have made their way out you will see a remarkable difference in the clarity of your skin! The glycolic acid will help to keep your pores clear so the process doesn’t keep repeating itself.

Application directions: This is a daily use serum. Many will apply this in the evenings – but if you are also using a retinoid, we suggest alternating nights to avoid excess irritation.

Always apply serums first, then creams, then oils. AM. End with an SPF for protection.

Is your mind spinning after comparing all the different retinol products out there?

All those different percentages can be confusing. How can one company have 1%, 2%, or even 10%… when another has only 0.1 or 0.2%?

There is one disturbing reason…..

The percentage on most bottles are wrong…

Many brands claim retinol percentages that are not the 
”Finished Percentage”, but the percentage of an “ingredient mixture” that contains the retinol.

For example, we get our retinol from a mixture called 15D. That patented blend of ingredients has only 15% retinol.

Once added to our final product mixture we display the final (and actual) active ingredient percentage. While many in the industry do not. They label their products based on the pre-mixed percentage. That’s why so many products are misleading.

For Example:

• 1% of 15D = 0.15% formula.
• 2% of 15D = 0.35% formula.

We could say we have a 2% serum… but do we? No, it is a 0.35%.

Can other companies be unscrupulous like that? They can, and we know that you will feel more confident with us knowing that we only work with the Finished Percentage.
